The first few days of self-quarantine, I’ll admit that shopping was the last thing on my mind. I barely even shrugged off my robe or ran a brush through my hair. I just felt tired and sad. But it’s time to look up, stay positive, and encourage others to do the same, while practicing safe mental and physical health, of course.
